We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process. Ensuring these requirements are met helps us process your return quickly and efficiently, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we prioritize your satisfaction.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and reach out to us right away if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to secure the item you desire is to return your current purchase and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping cost are a flat rate cost of $5 every 24 hours. For example, if you order 10 items within 24 hours you will only be charged $5.
