Turnaround Time & Shipping

Our current turnaround time is 2–5 business days.

TAT begins the business day after your order is placed and does not include shipping time. For example, if you order on Sunday, TAT begins Monday unless it is a holiday.

Shipping times through USPS and UPS may vary and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery speed is fully up to the carrier.

Packages are insured up to $100. Additional insurance may be purchased for extra coverage. We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost parcels once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Once your label is printed, tracking will be emailed to you. We drop off and schedule pickups daily Tuesday–Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show movement.
